On the Grid

A global collection of 534 neighborhood guides created by local creatives in 114 cities.

On the Grid is a collaborative project originally created by Brooklyn-based Hyperakt and covers from South Bend to Seoul.

The project extends not only throughout the country but also abroad to cities around the world. Individual designers or creative companies claim specific neighborhoods within their cities and highlight the best places to eat, drink, shop, play, and rest within their neighborhood through text and photography on Hyperakt's back-end platform.

I was called upon to not only curate the Old Fourth Ward neighborhood in Atlanta but also act as the City Ambassador, recruiting other Curators to claim other neighborhoods.

On the Grid acts as a beautiful and diverse representation of Atlanta's culture alongside the design and lifestyle cultures throughout the world.
