Sylvan Supply

With large open floor plans, sky-high ceilings and abundant natural light, Sylvan Supply is the new home base for Nashville’s forward-thinkers and innovators.

Sylvan Supply is an adaptive re-use development on Charlotte Avenue at the gateway to Nashville’s vibrant Sylvan Park. Since 1959, the collection of industrial style buildings was home to Madison Mill, a maker of quality wood and steel products. Today, the vintage buildings are being transformed into bright and modern creative office spaces along with a carefully selected mix of retail and dining concepts.

The launch party for this mixed-use reuse development in Nashville included live mural painters, Eastside Murals, as well as a chance for guests to spray paint the walls of the project before they were demolished. With live music and a full bar rounding out the offerings, this was a purposefully laid back, fun, and entertaining event.
