Mill Creek Residential HQ
Beautiful, light, and bright, the workplace branding system for Mill Creek Residential’s Dallas HQ capitalized on the brand’s clean and crisp aesthetic to create a subtly striking backdrop for their team.
With statement moments like a sculptural brandmark wall installation, a typographic gallery of core values, and a founder’s portrait by local artist Carolyn Joe (not to mention a full signage and wayfinding system), the office environment for Mill Creek Residential exudes both professionalism and company culture.
This project was so successful that the client engaged us to design additional workplaces for them.

The Soul of Mill Creek
Derived from the company's tagline, we programmed the space to relate to Mill Creek's three primary concentrations: People, Places, and Relationships.
And each zone thematically coordinated with the user groups in that area as well with added focus afforded to the transition areas between each space.

We also looked for ways to highlight specialty areas within the workplace, like this sculptural installation just outside of the Executive Suite.
Each of the 785 pieces that make up the sculpture represents a Mill Creek team member that was part of the team during their 8th anniversary.
Mounted at different depths and gradually increasing that depth as the sculpture moves up the wall, the art piece as a whole is more about light, shadow, and the collective whole.
